I am a Certified School Psychologist and I do testing and assessment for individuals who also have mental and physical disabilities. I have completed the New Options Institute training and the four required courses through OMRDD to become a startup broker. I am a facilitator of Circles of Support and provide self-determination training for OMRDD. I've been working as a startup broker since November 2004 and have had some plans approved by OMRDD. I use the person-centered planning aproach in my life and in the planning strategies for my own future.

All of our employees possess bachelor degrees in human services field of study. In addition, they have over 10 yeas of experience working in the developmental disabilities industry. Our staff work on new develoment for residential services and have received favorable determination to develop three individual residential alternative facilities for a total of 11 new residential opportuntities for our constituents here in Staten Island. All of our personnel have received the required trainings and attended the Startup Broker Bootcamp for CSS. Our organization also provides MSC, family education and training. We also assist young children/adults with the Medicaid Application and HCBS waiver process.
