Jigiya, Our New Mali Friends
When I was born my parents realised at 9 months old that I was sick. They brought me to the hospital. In the hospital the doctors said that I got poliomyelitis. At that moment the sickness affected only one leg. But at seven years old my second leg was attacked. Unfortunately I couldn’t go to school because of this disability. When I start approaching Jigiya I got many experiences which have changed my living conditions for I was begging in the street for my daily food, which I have stopped thanks to Jigiya. What I advise to people with disabilities is to join Jigiya so that we can exchange experiences together for better life. NEXT PORTRAIT >
